Shipping Details

After placing your order, we may call or WhatsApp you for confirmation. If we are unable to reach you on the provided phone number, your order will not be dispatched.

Domestic Shipping

Once confirmed, orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours(Sunday & public holidays excluded) and delivered in 2–4 working days within Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

If any item in your order is out of stock or fails quality inspection, we will remove it and dispatch the remaining items.

Courier riders may call before delivery. Please keep your phone active and answer calls from unknown numbers.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep exact change ready, as courier riders may not carry change.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL / FedEx. International delivery takes 5–10 working days(excluding customs processing time).

International orders are shipped only after full advance payment.

Jewelry shipments are limited to 2kg per order without export documentation.

Shipping cost depends on package weight. The estimated rate for the USA & Europe starts from 45 USD per kg. Accurate shipping charges will be calculated upon order confirmation.
